Pros

The elastic on the side of it lets it loosen up and slide around, where gravity would typically keep it in place in the upright position. The two clip strap allows us to really secure the vest.

Bought the 20lb weight vest. Along with a 10 pound i have had for years allows me to fluctuate the weighted resistance for my xl climber machine. The 8lb is perfect for running long distance.

Cons

The shoulder straps are very uncomfortable and lack necessary padding. The straps are also the width of my entire shoulder not narrow. It moves around violently when i ran, which made me difficult to maintain.
