The toaster is great for toasting toast. I was skeptical @ first (due to low price mainly) but removed it from box and plugged it in--adjusted temp/time and pushed plunger down w/out bread inside first.

Proctor silex toaster is poor and not worth 15 dollars. My nonexistent money is on the toaster. This piece of junk is not worth the $9.

I wish i had returned this before the 30 days expired. It's not better than the one i was replacing. For me those two thinks make it an unacceptable product. I would never buy one of these nt again.
