Pros

This water heater is the best. It heats quickly, easy to clean, and i love that the plug is detachable for washing. It's important to use a tea kettle to fill the hot pot with. Manual pressing (and holding) to dispense water is helpful.

Cons

Worked as expected for about 9 months. Just kept boiling. Only thing i like about it is its stainless steel interior.

I have had a few urns over the year and i am very happy with this one

Its as though a different product engineer wo much english tried to explain most incompletely how to work the controls

I cant figure out if the lid can separate entirely but a small price to pay for a quality appliance

I prefer the onetouch because it simply takes less effort but didnt see it as an option until after i received the unit

Packaging/appearance

You can easily pour the water out after shabbos into the sink
