Back rest folds and also removable. It is fairly easy to slide the unit on carpeting with brakes locked.
A cadillac of walkers. She's barely 5'5 and we got it fitted to her. Only complaint is the seat height is too tall for my sister.
Bigger wheels make it easy to traverse basic lumps, bumps and uneven areas. Easy to maneuver outside on cobblestone streets & brakes work extremely well.
Cons
Item is not as advertised. The brake is so hard to set that i cannot do it. My husband who is healthy and strong has trouble releasing the brake.

People with mobility problems have problems getting through doors without bumping the frame

However like all walkers i have seen the axles still protrude further than the tires so can still damage the door frame when contact is made
