Pros

Not flimsy little snack or protein bars. Double size and calories of other bars. Ingredients are all natural and are hard to chew and break down.

Tried these after a high recommendation. I like the flavor- it isnt scrumptious, but it tastes like something i would construct at home, but better.

Cons

Ordered 3/8, received 3/10, expiration 4/24. Returned for a full refund. What a scam. I find that to be deceitful.

One tablespoon of rice syrup has 55 to 75 calories, depending on the brand. Sugar has 48 calories per tablespoon. At 20 grams per bar, this is not healthy for me(and probably many more).

S’mores flavor bars are old.

I like the coconut mix with the chocolate better than the common peanut butter option

I dont know why they dont include the nutrition info on the product page

Just realized that every box of these i have gotten probably 5 boxes in last month has been of expired product

Comes down to preference and then individual experience as it pertains to freshness shipping etc

At 3 per it is cheaper than mcdonald’s combo bfasts and much better for you but expensive by nutrition bar standards
