Pros
I was told to use these by a physiotherapist for my spine. Glad i did, they are marginally thicker than the expeno ones. Keep feet warmer & very comfortable.
Cons
The insole is one size, that is cut to fit your shoe. The arch support is overkill for me. The hard plastic rise is at the heel, not at the insole.
These are the worst inner soles in the whole world. Not comfortable or particularly cushioning. Its also not soft or cushiony. Don't bother get the softer ones.
