On snapback hats i wear them with only two snaps snapped if that gives you an idea of fit

I know everywhere we look a government entity is regulating our safety and even most of us have lived the back in my day we didnt need a helmetwhat we fail to realize however is people these days have lawyers good ones even your local skate at own risk part forgets to show the legal disclaimer that shows theor high dollar lawyers that will not hesitate to take things to trial

Inside the top has a pretty stiff layer of foam thats glued down while the front back and sides are thinner soft pads with velcro

I ordered a medium helmet and it turned out to be too small

One of the other ones was certified and one was not note that this particular helmet is not certified so it lacks the styrofoam insert
