Pros

Product helps alleviate plantar fasciitis pain. Great for push ups and has helped me avoid wrist pain as well. My buddy also prefers hard swedish massages, which he can do with this half-round foam roller.

Cons

The foam was poured in two parts and poorly bonded. The material isn't dense enough, so the rounded bottom flattens and makes it useless. It is also warped, and i've advised the company about this.
