Pros

The most i use it is 2 hrs a day. My son always has sore feet in the evening and in part it comes from having a high arch. Lasted a long time about 3 years.

They work great and instantly relieve foot pain. Even for morton's neuroma. The tendons on the inside of my foot are relaxing, planar fasciatus or something. The pain was completely gone from my foot.

It's not an insole that has to fit your shoe, it works with any shoe. The pads also work as a way to align the arch support in the proper place and then you can use the straps to adjust the fit. I wish they had a version with a more pronounced arch su... Read More

Cons

Plus, these are impractical as they come up over my foot so high that they show with all my shoes, even my skechers. Hard to keep on your foot. No pain relief thus far and annoying to try to keep in place.

Buy more than one pair as they tend to disappear with the awol dryer socks

While i cannot say without wearing it longer i do believe that it will help with the fasciitis and it will eventually totally resolve

The newer model with the little pad i like even better and the cost is nominal for the relief and prevention they give
