Pros

The liquid amino really helps me heal, recover and sooths the pain. I'm 61 years old and this product helps me recover faster and noticeable size and strength. Easier to prepare and take than shakes.

Cons

Package was cracked and leaked. Studies show that sucralose may have adverse effect on gut bacteria.

Also i like that i can combine a bcaa and a protein drink into one drink

I switched to amino 23 from twinlabs

Best aminos ever but now i believed they raised the prices on this as well
