Easily adjustable, fits incredibly tight with no shaking or rattling with my 80lb bag. Since i've received and installed it, the rattle is negligible. Super quiet, easy to attach. Easy to setup.
Promountings and a competing brand called rival are the only 2 companies that manufacture rock-solid, quality mounts.
This is worth the money. Would highly recommend. Great product.
If you are a dedicated fitness enthusiast like me, you need a muay thai bag (or heavy bag) set up in your crib for the times you can't make it the gym.
