There was no way of getting that one caster only. Absolute piece of junk. The thing is basically useless as a creeper.

The contents inside were never taken from the box styrofoam packing and box of hardware were all intact

I simply drilled an addition hole into the latch plate for the locking pin to secure the angled backrest as shown in the photo
