Pros

The belt itself seems to be a little bit small for a bodybuilder but it works. It has just enough padding for comfort but isn't excessive to the point of getting cumbersome. Feel sturdy and fits comfortably.

Cons

Chain is alittle thin and flimsy. Never had more than 200 lbs on it for dip belt squats.
