Pros
The balloon method is perfect because totally private. It’s like i have a brand new pair of earbuds lol. Have had great checkups. Also asked my 8 year old niece.
Cons
The expiration date is july. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients in the label but it could have been the substrate that the probiotics were grown on. I just want to know why was a pill bottle tampered with? No mint flavor at all.
Not refreshing. Fyi it is not returnable! This is ridiculous!

I take a tablespoon a day and swish it around in my mouth and top it off with more milk when its low and put it into my cupboard again until thick
