Thiis worked well for an elderly aunt

Simply for my type of snoring did not work doesnt work and it itches uncomfortable hot and sweaty

But i am on oxygen and bought the chin strap to help me keep my mouth closed at night

Which also aids in helping me not having such a dry mouth for being a open mouth sleeper
