I did have a faulty machine and hanna from the customer service team was excellent

I also really like the timer function as i can leave it on for 1 or 2 hours as i fall asleep and it will turn off automatically

The diffuser is not mindblowing its pretty small and so the water ends quite quickly at maximum power the water will last something like 5 hours
