Have only been taking these for 5 days but notice no bloating or other digestive discomfort. Have helped a lot with easing stomach problems. No more bloating, no more wind,no more sleepless nights and so much more energy.
The capsules are easy to * and don't have a noticeable taste. Capsules are quite big, but still a reasonable size for swallowing.
Great value for money. Arrived promptly. Wow. Excellent product and a fantastic price.
Cons
Received this item and the box was covered in mould. Also illegally advertised as definitely not time released. Horrific stomach ache and sickness.
