Pros & Cons

Pros

Wrench works as advertised, and comes with a qa certification. Seems like a high quality product which should be durable and reliable. Nice to have the peace of mind from using the right amount of force with a carbon frame and pricey components.

The torque wrench is easy to use and is accurate. The instructions are good, though you'll want a pair of reading glasses. Fractions of nm are easily set via markings on the rotating collar, which locks.

Comes with 1/4 drive ratcheting torque wrench. Seems accurate with the stem and seatpost fasteners on my niner.

Cons

Freely sliding up and down, not locking at any nm value. Biggest complaint is the sockets included are very cheap and low quality. If this is a reflection of the rest of the tool, they are madre from very poor quality material.

Just buy once cry once and get a nicer tool from the start. Don't simply trust this product. Next time not so great.

There is not enough to contrast between the scale and the shinny chrome around it to easily see your setting. Instead of an audible click, the head simply moves slightly to the side so, if you're not watching it, you will miss the torque setting. It's...  Read More

However the toolbox has a plastic flex henge and anything that flexes over time will break

Which makes me wonder why bother with putting a large buckle on the box itself when the week point is the henge

Its an alright tool and the accessories that come with it are decent

Many times ive guessed the torque value because i didnt have torque wrench handy or the drive was too large

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It’s a great product but today i had to use for the first time the 5mm head and just noticed that the 4mm is repeated

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Couldn’t finish the fix without the 5mm

Customer service was great even though my return window expired a while back they refunded me partially for the missing part

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It does the job but requires some tactile awareness on using the lower settings to determine the limits
