With probiotics and most herbs i have a rule of three times a day and three to four pills each time to make sure there’s enough to win the fight and to leave no window open for these bugs to lay eggs or reproduce as they are faster than rabbits in reproduction and if you leave time that this is not in you to kill them then they can come back to gain more residency

Will continue to use regularly as i had been on antibiotics for most of my childhood teens and early twenties and have very poor gut health as a result
