The arch support part is just enough to make a difference as is the raised heel. Ideal for walking boots and similar. Bought a second pair.

The supportive arch area on one insole is right under my heel, not my arch. The support arch is too far back in the larger 11-12 size. It's as if the arch support stays in the same place regardless of the length of the insole.
The insert digs into the base of the foot just in front of the heel. It is also very thick at the heel, so even with removing the existing sole from my nike's, the back of my heel didn't fit all the way into my shoe. For larger sizes, it looks like al... Read More
