'i suffer from sciatica and suffer muscle spasms in my back which makes my back feel like it's knotted.
It's cheap enough to try and bonus if it works. This particular mat comes with a lovely bag and a pillow as well, which i really appreciate. Highly recommend getting one.
He only lays on it for 5-10min but has found that it helps him relax and fall asleep faster. Comfortable to use and a good thickness. I find it so relaxing & have even fallen asleep on mine.

I used it on my bed the first few times as i wasn’t sure i could tolerate the discomfort on the hard floor but have now progressed to the floor with it
