I just took my time and made sure the doors were completely unzipped and not to pull on the zippers

When you are in the bed you have to reach down below the mattress top level to unzip the door across the bottom

I installed it as instructed with the door unzipping from the bottom and hanging from the top picture with no sheet on doors flipped up
