The gave me a rma i think it stands for return merchandise authorization which i had to include on the box and inside the box with the lamp

Well this time it hit the floor and the battery compartment housing shattered

It would no longer hold batteries in and the electric terminals were loose and wouldnt stay in place because the plastic housing was broken

I put off calling customer support for 6 months because i figured it was my fault it broke and they would not honor their warranty because it was abused
