Pros

The headlamp comes with three red, blue, and green. The lens is in front of the bulbs like a screen, meaning you do not have to cycle through the modes to use the red light.

This light, unlike the pt eos, comes on first on the lowest setting which for a reading/nav light is tactically appropriate. Other more common models like the princeton fred and all the petzl tikka variants cast light onto glasses.

Simple no-frills programming. For brighter light simply click the button. Each click increases brightness.

There is a knurled screw that can be hand tightened or loosened.

Cons

There is no reason at all for this headlamp to work as poorly as it does. Green_valley_place refunded me immediately when i told them of this issue. Held off on writing a review and reached out to seller but no response.

Great headlamp does what i need and was the right price

I thought i was ordering exactly the same thing but this one is a little less wellmade which explains the price being less

Packaging/appearance

It has the ability to slide the red lens out of the way to provide white light if that becomes necessary

Really wanted this to be a 5star headlamp had high hopes as i read many positive reviews of people using this overseas in rugged daily use
