I read another review that said the instruction manual warned not to use hot liquids or hot foods but i cant find that warning in my instruction manual nor the manual contained on the princess website for this model of blender

Despite the jug being glass the instruction manual cautions us not to process hot foods or hot liquids as that can cause ‘excessive pressure build up resulting in risk of the user being burned

One of the features of the blender is that it has ‘detachable blade unit for easy cleaning’ but i couldn’t find a way of removing it and there was no information in the instruction manual to tell me how to do it

I tried every which way i even asked my friends all to no avail

So in desperation i looked up the ‘princess’ website phoned the uk number and talked to the technical department who said they would find out and let me know

I was phoned the next day and was informed that they too could not see how the blades could be detached so they would ring the ‘princess’ manufacturers in the netherlands and let me know
