Pros
The author suggests that we need to recreate the womb for our newborns. This is the fourth slumber bear i have purchased for expectant moms. My sister is due in about a month and both of them have this in their nurseries.
When she wakes, it turns on and soothes her back to sleep.
Love these bears. This product is awesome. No matter the work you have to do to make this work, it still is kind of like a little miracle in a box! Sounds good,the fabric is nice and soft, says lead free.
Wombs sounds are supposed to be soothing to the new baby. It has a volume control and velcro strap to attach it with. Great soother for when baby sleep a!
Cons
The bear has only one sound and the sheep has 4 or 5. The bear is overstuffed and quite stiff. Getting the arms to wrap around one of the rails on the crib is not that easy. Also not very cuddly.

I have looked at other womb sound plush toys but found them too stiff or weird looking like i wouldnt want to take the item out of the house if i owned it which defeats the purpose of comforting the child with the sounds if you only use it once in awhile

We actually took the heartbeat speaker out and velcro it to the side of her bassinet since you shouldnt have anything in with an infant and it wouldnt have fit anyway
