Overall very satisfied with price and quality. Just received this 2 weeks ago and so far very pleased. The customer service for this company is fantastic also.
Cons
Red paint started to discolor and turn orangey color, and the paint easily scuffs off. One year later it is rusted very badly. There is a line where the paint has come off where the kettle is leaking.
There are some stainless steel kettles that are chemical free but pricey. Not enough space between the handle and lid to remove lid to fill kettle.

No seamed bottom so should not separate if boiled dry

Unfortunately the handle still gets untouchably hot after boiling water for anything bigger than a cup of tea so you have to use a pot holder or towel

It had a seam and started to leak after 4 years of use on a gas stove
