Pros

Water jug is plug and play, super easy install and set up. It is 100 ft to our refrigerator and the one nearer is bottled water. Works well with any 3 or 5 gallon water jug.

It's has 2 levels of cold, cold and frosty. It also dispenses hot hot water.

Cons

Water takes hours to cool and the refrigerant will stay on and seems to never turn off. Hot water leaks after depressing button so need to keep cup in place for extra time.

The cooling function is way too noisy! Just sits there making a loud racket because internals/panels are loose, just spitting out water. It probably runs a total of 10 hours out of every 24, so it’s just a seemingly constant drone of noises. It is als... Read More

Customer service representative christina needs another class on how to be a good helper. Stopped working in about 14 months, just beyond the warranty. The product because defective close to 1 year of purchase.

There is nothing to open the door, per say an indentation, the tray to pull door open with. They rma and send me a new one. New one is unpackaged hooked up;i go to plug it it and the same thing happens.
