The sherpa lining is nice and soft but not padded at all. The bottom is also flimsy. It’s too bad my pup wasn’t smaller because it was a decent little carrier.

My cat can barely turn around in it he’s 14lbs about 18” long excluding tail

He can lounge comfortably when it’s expanded however the mesh of the expansion is very weak and thin
