My door was thinner so the screws with came with the handle were too long but a washer to each side allowed for a very nice tight handle

In my case the top screw worke well but i had to use the original screw and washer on the bottom hole

I had to run to the store to purchase screws that would go through the door and the thickness of the handle

And they did not provide a nut of some type to secure the screw on the other side of the door
