Pros

The taste is pleasant, it's not that sweet but there is still a bit of sweetness. The texture is a taffy texture and a workout to chew, but this is a bonus for me. They are very chewy but i enjoy that.

Organic ingredients and good grass-fed whey. Absolutely necessary for me at work and as an appetite and sugar suppressant. Great for when i crave “cereal” while eating low carb.

They are one of the lowest calorie bars you can find. My one concern is that the size of the bars has changed over time; thicker and shorter dimensions.

These are a staple in my diet and i love them. Have been ordering for two years or more.

Cons

The bars stick to the roof of your mouth and have a greasy, gummy texture. No matter how you store them, they get moldy. There has been mold on my bars that are said to expire in 2020.

Great macros though but 0 for taste. It’s sickly sweet & creamy, but let's say i would much rather consume one basix. Not flavorful at all.
