Pros

It is sturdy, they stitching is illuminating, and i am very satisfied with the product. Also, it's durable. But i know gsds have strong jaws.

The reflective stripes that run the length of the leash are a nice feature as well. This is a little wider and definitely heavier than your usual cloth leash. Eager to chase every leaf and pretend the human behind him is just a strangely shaped sled.

I am a big fan of the second loop, as it allows me to shorten their lead when necessary. The lower handle is ideal and a genius idea. The extra loop (equally comfortable) gives me control when i really need to keep him close.

It is quite similar so i would pick this out of convenience. We really like the old lease and feel we got our money's worth. I recommend these to anyone who has dogs.

Cons

Only positive is the reflective stitching it has. Without the piece that you push with a finger to open the clasp, the leash is worthless. The leash is so heavy that it puts weight on your puppy.

The leash comes unhooked easily. That is slightly better than some retractable leashes we have tried which were chewed through before we make it to the end of the driveway.
