Pros & Cons
Pros
Probiotics do good things for the digestion, as well as making your bowel movements considerably better. Try having peppermint and ginger tea with it to help ease any bloat.
Markomega is a multivitamin and supplement company. Mark is also the author of the primal blueprint.
Really calms me down. My job is soooooo stressful since we are going thru a restructure. I'm working full time while achieving my clinical doctorate in audiology.
Cons
This probiotic has potato starch in it. Not that these are bad, but they need to be taken in much higher doses than 10 billion. Boullardi and added unwanted prebiotics. I am not sure primal blueprint primal omegas is worth its price.

Best stuff i have used by far but also the most costly
The price is completely warranted in my opinion
Great price one of the cheapest of this quality and variety of strains
Competitiveness
I have noticed an improvement in my digestion and overall immune system since i switched to this brand
These probiotics have a better variety of strains than most other probiotics and they are reasonably priced
