The flavor is great and i love the no added sugar. The problem is, that i cannot always find it. However, it is delicious. I’d buy again if prices more reasonably.

Cons

I’m not a picky eater but this stuff almost made me gag. It's sour and neither the taste nor the consistency gives you a 'creamy' sense.

Texture is nice, however the citrus balance is way off. Tastes like pure thickened lemon juice. I imagine that even a novice could make something with better taste, texture, and far better value.
