The book is divided by meal times:breakfastlunchdinner,appetizers and snacks (yumm) there are some great breakfast dishes which also work great for lunch or dinner. Chicken with almond coconut dipping sauce is my favorite.
This is my favorite cookbook. It's worth picking up whether you're into paleo/primal or not. The recipes are quick and delicious and you don't have to be * paleo to love them.

With that we already eat loads of salads which makes up a good portion of this cookbook and we dont need recipes for simply searing some pork or beef

This is a good cookbook my problem is that i am a finicky eater so at this point i will probably not try alot of the meals because i dont like whats in the meal
