I got these because one of my current favorite preworkout mixes does not contain citrulline somewhat surprising and i wanted to still get the benefits

I have never seen pills in this weird shape theyre pretty large flattened ovals

They are very well coated and smooth so they slide down easily but i wouldnt call the shape better than typical pills
