The pupil key on the side is awesome because it's crucial that a healthcare provider knows what the norm/a reference template is for neurological checks. It is a little cheaply made, but it has lasted me several months already at this point.

The pen isn't too bright though, and pt's don't flinch when i use them. It's better then the ones that come in a cheap pack cause with these if you battery dies you just change the batters it's aaa batteries.

Buck light keychain works great at first but doesn't hold up.

Light has changeable batteries but it broke within a month. After several months of infrequent use, the light flickers. Even changed batteries and same thing happens. Led is weak, and the switch mechanism is not very reliable.
