Pros

I was skeptical at first—but it’s so super effective! Likeable instructor. Great instructor and the price is reasonable. Sara shares lots of tips throughout.

Good instruction; easy to follow; gets results! I have a comically large collection of exercise dvd’s that i’ve never been able to stick to, but for whatever reason this program keeps me motivated.

Cons

Photos on product are misleading, there is no one but the overly-bubbly instructor on the dvd.
