Pros
This bench is a great value and performs very well. Met my expectations for my home gym. Improves my workout by making more exercises possible.
Easy to carry, unfold and repack. Perfect height. I love how small it folds up for storage.
Cons
Biggest asset is that it's portable but it's light duty only. Padding is minimal, maybe good for some dumbbell work.

I am so glad i bought it the price is very moderate for the upper body strength ive already gained

That being said if you are looking for a heavy duty work out bench for big weights this would not be the one
