My only note if you cook something greasy like bacon it gets into the legs of the griddle and then it slips into the “tilt” mode by itself instead of staying nontilted

But if you don’t clean it properly it keeps tilting and you can’t get it to lay even

Make sure to clean the grease off the sides so they dont get greased as they wont stay in place as well
