Id always recommend a bigger pressure cooker as i usually use them for bone and larger pieces of meat at least now if anything burns in it it wont ruin the pot and it wont take ages to wash either

Pleased with purchase generally but when separators are balanced on the trivet and then vegetables are placed in the separators it can easily overbalance just have to plan carefully how to place food maybe i can use the separators without the trivet not clear in the instructions
