It works marvelously and so worth the price! Great teaching device. It satisfies my needs perfectly.
The ear pieces are rubbery and significantly more comfortable than the hard plastic that comes with cheaper versions. It is dual headed (bell and diaphragm) they are so excited to learn how to measure bps and have no problem hearing with this one.
The sound is clear and comfortable for use. Can hear heartbeats well when taking blood pressure. Gives a great sound and is very sensitive!
Cons
The sound quality is very poor, in fact, barely audible. You will be seriously disappointed. Just a sucky product.

If you dont want to spend 60 or more on a piece of practice equipment this is a great buy
The only thing i would add would be a carrying case for it but for the price id say it was a good buy
