Pros
Product is really nice handy. Filter fitting is little bit tricky. Ease of the jars fit easily onto the machine, and the operation is straightforward.
Cons
The locking blades (plastic bldes which are doing locking activity between mixi and jars) are filmy and not strong enough for long run. The * feel very cheap and the lids are a pain to open and close. It's very noisy.
Don't be fooled. Try to connect with suppliers so many times but no answer no email no response about changing or refund. Be careful before ordering from this supplier.
Damaged product is delivered by amazon. Looks like second hand / refurbished. Tuner got damaged with in a week. Rotating button has been broken down.
Very poor quality and poor customer service. The media can't be loaded as a medium.
