This is under $8, and a lot better than buying toy one. Good lesson too. Does great for the nurse who is sick of their lithman always vanishing.

Cons

Spare earpiece package is empty. Mechanism to switch between bell and diaphragm is loose and requires the user to hold it in place. Words wearing off diaphragm after just a couple weeks. Only comes with one amp.
