Pros
Great quality. Easy to use. Checking blood pressures, listening for abnormal noises, etc is rather easy with this stethoscope. Top of the line hands down. I don't have to worry about my co-workers running off with it lol!
Worked well for taking my husbands blood pressure. A knife and 5 seconds later it works great! Product works perfect for me.
Cons
Just want people to know that it's not the brand, it's just this model. But they are shoddily and cheaply made. While inexpensive, still probably not worth the money.

If you cant hear anything youre probably listening with the wrong side
If youre using the bell make sure the mark on the swivel is lined up with the bell and same with the diaphragm side

It works really well make sure you have it on the right way tho if the dot on the metal isn’t on the diaphragm side it’s not going to be loud don’t have it on the bell side to make sure tap on the diaphragm side and if it’s quiet it’s not on right as soon as you change it it will get really loud and you can hear everything

I suspect there is a lot of user error in the reviews who state they cannot hear anything through it

For basic listening use the larger round side place ear tips in ears with them slightly twisted forward tap the large round side lightly

If you only hear it faintly twist just the round part of the stethoscope and itll click into place and you should hear clearly
