When i ordered it is indicated in the product description “money back garantie within 30 days no question asked” but when you clic on return which i did to verify before ordering it says “product not eligible for return”

The inissia has no problem piercing the foil seals pods with plastic or aluminum bases occasionally fail in my machine causing the coffee to drool out
