I feel like it's retraining me to naturally hold my shoulders back even when i'm not wearing it. It's kind of like an instant * job, since it pushes your shoulders back. It most definitely pushes up your *!

Cons

The front clasp is a little itchy, and you can see under a lot of tops. Sizing runs small, material is harsh so itches if on skin. Was of my money. Im not that big (size 18) where it should'nt of fit.
