I have another 1/4 inch board in my kitchen with pegs that are much more snugly fit to the holes. Unfortunately it's not worth the hassle to return them for hooks that actually are1/4. Even the box says 1-4, but none of the dimensions are 1/2.

They are not! Ignore the description. Sloppy fit. These are 0. Inconsistent quality. Will be returning them. They are worthless.

They allow me to fit several tubes on one hook and they have the ball on the end so the tubes don’t keep falling off

I had no trouble with defects and they were easy to install in the pegboard

Most were fine but some were bent that made it difficult or not possible to get in the pegboard

I also like that the ball is metal because the rubbertipped hooks fall off when you pull the paint tube off the hook
