I originally wanted to purchase the progressive silicone 12 tongs but couldnt justify spending over 12

Unlike a spatula which is thin and flat enough to slide underneath food this tong doesnt have that same ability

After seeing how well the gripper tongs worked at actually gripping things other than food i tried them on the pots on the upper shelf

They would slip and slide with regular tongs often causing me a few burned fingers
