Pros
These look nice, work great and the cups do not tip in the metal holders. They are sturdy and hold a lot of butter. Nicely packed in a sturdy box, accommodates for 2 people.
Excellent price & quality. This product was delivered fast. I wish it was a little bigger, but this works fine.
Cons
The soldering on the bottom that connects to the tea light holder breaks apart. They are evidently not replaceable. Provided candles were damaged during shipment due to inadequate packaging and protection.
The distance between the tealight candle flame and bottom of warming dish is 2 inches. The tea holder is too far from the ceramic bowl to allow any heat to warm or melt butter. The warmer bowl is to small for the support hoop and easily slides around ... Read More
